Service fees are specified in your individual service agreement and are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. All fees are quoted in Euros and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.
Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified in your service agreement. Late payments may incur interest charges and may result in suspension of services. We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 60 days' written notice.
While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance, updates, and unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary service interruptions.
We aim to provide advance notice of planned maintenance whenever possible. We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from service interruptions, provided we use reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless endtoeurfn, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to:
Both parties acknowledge that they may have access to confidential information belonging to the other party. We agree to maintain the confidentiality of your business data and use it only for the purpose of providing our services. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of our proprietary methods, algorithms, and business information.
Confidentiality obligations survive termination of these Terms and continue for a period of five years thereafter.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Luxembourg, and the parties hereby consent to personal jurisdiction and venue therein. However, we retain the right to seek injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, governmental action, war, terrorism, or other causes beyond the reasonable control of such party, provided that such party gives prompt notice of such delay and uses reasonable efforts to remedy the situation.
These Terms, together with your service agreement and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and endtoeurfn regarding the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements.
No modification of these Terms will be effective unless made in writing and signed by both parties, except for changes we may make to these Terms as described in the Acceptance of Terms section.
